Thank you for your interest in Basic Kneads Therapeutic Massage! Basic Kneads has been operating in Mount Pleasant SC since 2008 which is when I moved here from Connecticut with Riley, my dog.  Not surprising a few family members have followed me South, after all Mount Pleasant is a wonderful place to live!

 I am Bernadette Victor a licensed and insured massage therapist who has been practicing since 1998!  My initial training was from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy.  Since then I have studied and gained certification in orthopedic massage, medical massage, neuromuscular massage, sports massage, pre natal massage and lymphatic drainage and Shiatsu acupressure.  

A large percentage of my clients come to me with specific injuries or concerns such as, carpel tunnel, sciatica, low back pain, golfer's elbow, frozen shoulder, all sorts of neurological conditions and post surgical discomforts.  That being said, I always enjoy going back to basics and giving a wonderfully relaxing Swedish massage.
